Dementia Care
Combining knowledge and experience, we offer a secure and compassionate space for individuals living with dementia. We work collaboratively with family members and loved ones to get to know our residents through the eyes of those closest to them, and work to fully understand their individual qualities and preferences. By doing this our specially trained staff are able to support the cognitive health of each resident through tailored activities and routines designed to enhance quality of life, whilst also offering support and guidance to their families.

Palliative Care
Our palliative care services focus on providing proactive support and pain management for individuals with serious, life-limiting illnesses where recovery is not expected. We work closely with families and healthcare professionals to offer comfort, dignity, and emotional support during the most sensitive times, ensuring that residents experience the best possible quality of life. We also offer spiritual care, addressing spiritual and religious needs of our residents and their families.

Respite Care
Respite is a service that provides a break for carers. It is normally planned in advance of admission, however it may be arranged at short notice in an emergency and if a respite bed is available.

Pastoral Care
All faiths and denominations are welcome at Nazareth House. The faith and religious practices of all residents are respected. Religious Ministers are contacted at the request of the residents and/or their representative/s. Our homes offer daily mass for both residents and the local community and we also have visiting ministers from other faiths, which provide inclusive spiritual diversity.
