Nazareth House Lancaster is situated on the outskirts of the historic city of Lancaster, within a stunning building of architectural interest. Each of our 40 spacious bedrooms has ensuite facilities for privacy and convenience, and two passenger lifts provide easy access between floors, allowing residents to easily navigate the home and enjoy the many communal areas. Lounges and dining rooms offer spaces to relax and socialise, and a kitchenette can be found on every floor, for use by residents and their families.
Our generous interiors are complemented by the beautiful grounds within which the House is situated, and which offer a gorgeous view all year round. Included on site is a sensory garden which features a herb garden with raised flower beds and a greenhouse, as well as several seating areas and water features for the whole community to enjoy. Many of our residents enjoy taking part in gardening, or making use of the large summer house that overlooks the duck ponds and wildlife area.
Within our dedicated team we have a number of ‘Champions’ who offer expertise and support in connection to various aspects of life at Nazareth House Lancaster, and advocate for progress. We also benefit from strong community ties, including our wonderful relationship with the Nazareth Day Nursery that sits just beside the care home.

Natalie NgGeneral Manager
I joined Nazareth House Lancaster in 2007 at the age of 17. During my time at Nazareth House, I have worked across many departments, including administration, catering and activities, before moving into care and progressing through a variety of roles. I have worked as a Care Assistant, Senior Carer and Deputy Manager, before becoming General Manager in August 2020.
I have been fortunate to undertake a range of training and development opportunities, completing my NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and I am currently undertaking my Level 7 in Strategic Management.
I am proud to work at Nazareth House Lancaster, where our team is committed to the organisation’s core values and ethos, and we strive to live these values in everything we do. As a team, we are passionate about ensuring that residents in our care are treated as individuals and are supported to continue living life to the best of their abilities.
We also love organising fundraising events and engaging with the local community as much as possible, helping to create a warm, welcoming and connected home for our residents, families and visitors.
