Nazareth House Northampton offers a vibrant environment underpinned by a commitment to enabling independence and choice. Our lovely house is able to accommodate for 48 residents, every one of which is made to feel a part of the family and encouraged to play an active role in the development of the home. Residents have opportunities to design the menu, participate in the recruitment of new staff, and attend monthly Resident and Family meetings, which ensure that all our residents and their loved ones have ample opportunity to shape their time with us.
Nazareth House Northampton is bolstered by a hugely supportive team of staff and volunteers who are committed to helping our residents get the very most out of life at the house, whether that involves providing in-house entertainment or a lift to some favourite spots around the town. At our House we are always seeking ways to incorporate joy and fun into the day, and recognise this as an important part of a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle.

My name is Kelly Barrow, and I am the Home Manager at Nazareth House Northampton. I have 27 years’ experience in the care sector and have worked for Nazareth Care for six years, with the hope of many more years to come.
At Nazareth House, I work alongside a wonderful team, including carers, senior carers, domestic, catering, business support, deputy management and maintenance colleagues. Together, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and caring environment for our residents.
I bring a positive attitude and tireless energy to my role, always striving to get the best from the team while ensuring staff feel supported, valued and happy in their work. This helps us to deliver a high standard of care to our residents, while also building positive relationships with families, visitors and professional bodies.
My aim is always to ensure that staff, residents and visitors feel safe, respected and supported, and that they leave with a positive experience of Nazareth House.
I promote the Sisters’ core values daily and work hard to embed these values throughout the home. I am also always willing to continue learning and upskilling myself, and I actively encourage others to do the same.
