Nazareth House Northampton offers a vibrant environment underpinned by a commitment to enabling independence and choice. Our lovely house is able to accommodate for 48 residents, every one of which is made to feel a part of the family and encouraged to play an active role in the development of the home. Residents have opportunities to design the menu, participate in the recruitment of new staff, and attend monthly Resident and Family meetings, which ensure that all our residents and their loved ones have ample opportunity to shape their time with us.
Nazareth House Northampton is bolstered by a hugely supportive team of staff and volunteers who are committed to helping our residents get the very most out of life at the house, whether that involves providing in-house entertainment or a lift to some favourite spots around the town. At our House we are always seeking ways to incorporate joy and fun into the day, and recognise this as an important part of a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle.

My name is Kelly Barrow, and I am the homes manager in Northampton with 27 years’ experience in the care sector.
I have Worked for Nazareth for 6 years and hopefully many more years to come.
At Nazareth I work alongside a wonderful s team, from carers, seniors, domestic, catering, BSA , deputy and maintenance.
I have a positive attitude and tireless energy to get the best from the staff and ensure they are happy and delivering a high standard of care to our lovely residents including professional bodies and families.
My aim is to always ensure my staff ,residents and visitors are safe and walk away happy.
I promote the sisters core values daily and try to embed this to everyone at Nazareth house.
I am always willing to upskill myself and encourage others to do so.
