As one of our larger care homes, Nazareth House Finchley is split into a number of cosy annexes to create living spaces that feel intimate and homely. The North London property, which is situated in East Finchley, benefits from all the conveniences of a suburban location, including easily accessible shopping facilities and other amenities. The house also has a recently refurbished interior, which has provided additional en-suite rooms and upgraded communal spaces for our residents to enjoy together.
Those who relish time spent outdoors will also treasure the grounds of the house. Our beautiful Pergola Rose Garden, which was made possible through the generous fundraising of the Friends of Nazareth volunteer group, is not only tranquil but also wheelchair-friendly, making it a truly accessible place that all can enjoy. This is complemented by the addition of our Edible Garden, where green-fingered residents can take part in some gardening and together with our team grow a variety of delicious produce.

With a strong background in elderly care, I have been serving as the General Manager of Nazareth Care Home Finchley since July 2023. My approach is guided by empathy, respect and a deep commitment to each individual resident. I began working in care industry in 2010, after transition from a career as an economist accountant. It was then that I discovered the fascinating and deeply meaningful world of care- a field that challenges you daily ,but also offers profound human connection and purpose.
I am a warm, friendly and approachable person, with a solid foundation in care and a deep belief in person-centered care. I take pride in building trusting meaningful relationship with residents and their families, ensuring each individual feels truly seen, heard and valued.
I am driven by professionalism, compassion and the desire to continuously raise the standard of the care. For me, every smile, every moment of peaceand every expression of trust from our residents is most rewarding part of my work.
